All sessions start with a small consultation to help figure out where your goals and limits are.
With pain management focused massages. Communication is key, so I do my best to start with a conversation.
Life styles can be different for each individual, and so each session can be a little different for each person.

I do use draping, so all important areas are covered during the session.
I use a combination of Swedish, Trigger Point, Stretches, and various other techniques with the goal to get muscles to relax.

But I adapt based on each persons personal boundaries, goals, and specific needs.

AT any point during the session, You’re free to ask me questions, and communicate anything you notice before, during or after the session.

After the massage is over.
You might experience dizziness, or feel like you just had a workout.
These reactions are common, especially if you’ve never had a massage before.

How often should I get a massage?

I always recommend between 2 to 4 weeks.
Each person is different, and their experience with pain varies.

But a good rule to follow, is that you want to come in before the pain flares up again.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to reach out, and I will do my best to respond when I can.
